File Upload Forms Remains Valid When Specific Settings are Enabled

What’s changed?
We resolved an issue that caused File Upload Forms to become invalid when updated with the Enable V2 Form Manager Experience setting enabled. File Upload Forms now work as expected, allowing users to have a smoother editing experience.
